This is Halloween!

It's been a great halloween night so far! This afternoon I went over to Allisha's house and hung out with her & her cute little boys! Then I came home...had my first trick-or-treater at 5:15...then when Jordon got home from work I made dinner and we've just been passing out candy every now & then! And it was fun, some of my YW stopped by! Sarah & Amberly were dressed as a pencil and a cearel killer! I thought it was cleaver!

For our combined mutual activity we had a pumpkin carving contest with the Youth. It was a good time. But the best part came when we had hot cider, dounuts, and pumpkin cookies!

Day 1 of my New York City Girls Trip.

I had a great opportunity to join the Peterson girls on a trip to New York City. We had a blast! After the 5 hour plane ride and the shuttle to our Hotel we didn't have a ton of Day left so we got settled into our rooms and then freshened up a bit for dinner. We ate at a little Italian resturant called Tony's a block or two from Times Square. Then after we were all fat and happy we took our time getting back to the Hotel, just stopping at little shops and sights that caught our eye!

Day 2: 9-24-2009

After the Statue of Liberty we headed back to the Hotel and got ready for the evening. We ate at Bubba Gumps and then watched the Broadway performance of Wicked!!! It was amazing! Then I took my first-ever Limo ride to the Empire State Building. It's quite windy up there, but the view was fantastic!

Day 2: 9-24-2009

Day Two we took a bus tour of the Down Town and Times Square area. Then we hopped off and rode a ferry to the Statue of Liberty.

Saturday we spent most of the day shopping down Cannal Street. It was quite the experience... Then that night we all met up and ate at Rosa Mexicano. It was very yummy!

Day 5:
Before we headed to the airport to fly home, we walked around and fit in some more site seeing. I had a great time, and I'm glad I had the chance to see NY and to get to know Jordon's Family better....But I am sure glad to be home!

Date Night at the Hillcrest High Football Game!

Last night Jordon and I spent our date night at our local High School football game! We went to watch one of our Young Men, Tyson Oswald #43!!! Of course our team won! Last year they won state, so you can imagine how popular they are! I had a good time but I can honestly say I don't miss high school! They're was quite a bit of snogging going on!

Saturday, Jordon and I drove down to Logan to see our new neice Kendall! Talk about precious! I must admit I've become quite the baby hog! That afternoon they were able to bring her home, so we all came over and hung out at Frank & Kayla's! Rusty had a great time hanging out with uncle Jordon!
